Had a wonderful experience today while I was there. Glad they are open year round. It is hard to find a place to get landscaping material this time of the year when many places are still closed. Spent a good amount of time just talking which you can't do at many businesses anymore. Thank you
I stopped in to check a price on mulch. My exact words, "How much is a scoop of black or brown mulch?" Owner: $21.95. "How much to deliver on County Line road?" Owner: $35. "Ok could you give me a total for 4 scoops...?" (thinking there would be tax) Owner: Pulling up the calculator on his smart phone..."$21.95 x 4...are you following me how to figure this out..."
"Thanks I'll go to elsewhere." I don't think small businesses realize the impact one poor customer service experience can have on their business.
